I'll answer your question. The only really "moving" level is Treasure Ship.
If you mean that some parts are moving, then it's Nebulous Tower ( the things in the tower move ), Dark Sewers ( about 3/4 far in the level, there are some moving platforms that prevent you from running too fast sometimes ), Thousand Waterfalls ( moving platforms ), Forest Jump ( falling barrels, etc. ), Treasure Ship ( obviously ), Pipe Maze ( moving electricity ), Zenith Harbour ( rotating platforms ), Lava Factory ( rotating platforms ), Electric Final ( moving platforms ), Speed Stress ( obviously ), Future ( falling... uh... things ), and Big Bang ( barrels ).
