My Arc S hasn't got HD visuals or Super AMOLED or the like, but I'm sure the game will still look pretty decent.
The game has Retina display support for iPhones, apparently.

Is it just me or did they combine Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends assets in this screenshot?

The mushrooms near the bottom look a bit like the ones in Rayman Legends and I don't recognize them from RO.

Come to think of it, you're right, I don't remember those either.
The game runs on the UbiArt engine as well, speaking of which, did they scrap the open source plans?

Seriously, this game is just an excellent (and unexpected) idea! Specially if I'm crazily waiting for Legends x'D
I hope it's as fun as it looks like and that the price is reasonable (come on! you cannot control the character, the game has no secrets and the music is reused, it cannot cost more than 4 dollars!)
I also hope it doesn't end with an easier difficulty, but of course, not reaching this difficulty either:

(If you notice, the game plays pretty similar, but it's hard as hell)

Not exactly... Rayman Legends' artstyle is a little bit darker and with more detailed textures. That levels seems to be based on the scrapped mushroom level... you know, the one with the ants. It would be REALLY REALLY COOL if they used the scrapped ants and piranhas in this one, it would make the concept a little more fresh :mryellow:

Glad to hear it's a new game, it looks like it's gonna be an automated game where you can only jump (and use a helicopter). Sounds awesome to me and it's on Android :D

Thanks for sharing that image Sergio, plenty of uses await it.
Considering Ubi's shifting focus to free to play, do you think the app will have a free and paid version, or paid only?

I'm sure it will be paid. If it won't, I'll get impressed. It is remained to know the price of the game.

this makes me think of that one level (I think it's candy chateau) where you can't stop running...
anyway I'll be picking this up for sure!

Considering the game's release is in two weeks, we won't have to wait that long to learn the price.

You refer to the last section of Phase 3, Mr Darks Dare, Candy Chateau, where after your misdirections are corrected, Mr. Dark forces Rayman to run tirelessly 'til the end of the level.
I'll see about picking this up, if it's free, I'm right in, if not, I'll be wary of the reviews and thoughts on the game before making a purchase.

I recall that at one point during a sale the price dropped to 99p (£0.99).

No I can't :c for some reason my android doesn't recognize that game T_T (and it's the only good angry birds spin-off so far in my opinion)

Well, one thing is sure, this game will be cheap but awesome! :mryellow:

Hmm, does the Play store come up with an incompatibility notice, or does it just not detect the phone at all?

Goddamnit I have neither an i-something or an android something, might just have to coax my bf into getting it on his Galaxy ace. ¦<

Haha man I just remembered about this show I used to watch in the late 90's called Jungle Run...

It doesn't detect it :< I download it but then nothing happens. It' supposed to install automatically, like all of the other apps. The only thing it does is updating my normal Angry Birds game. And I always make sure it's the original Angry Birds Space from Rovio...

Angry Birds Space is boring as fuck. You're not missing anything.
