There are. It's a triology, so it'll be three movies.They are written by Phillip Pullman, and the first book is so much better than the first movie. I bet it'll be that way with the rest as well. I own one of the earliest sets that were printed in Norwegian, and I've re-read it so many times it's insane.

I like Spidepig, and the part when Homer tries to use a wrecking ball to save his Family but fails best!

Has anyone heard of The Eye? It was adapted from the Japanese movie of the same name, and it looks quite nice.

Now, that's quite a childish reaction.
Just so you know, I don't find the Simpsons very funny either. It's a matter of taste.
