I think considering how much more Jonfident I've become these days, I actually do think that I have what it takes to be a really decent poster without spamming.

I think I speak for the majority when I say we never spammed and none of us actually care who has the most posts in a month. I mean yeah it's interesting to see how many posts people have, but I wouldn't actually post lots of crap and sit thinking about being the highest poster. Would you rather be a good RPC member or a useless annoying spamming member with the most posts in a month?

I'd rather be a decent member myself

Aside from me having a ridiculous amount of posts in like 8 months, I still think Hunch said it best. I think this is good advice

Me too, that being the reason I have never spammed ever on this forum and also because I didn't want to ruin the forum's atmosphere.

Yeah same and while I still am very active on here, I do try to make my posts contributing as much as possible. I also post far less often than I did back in March, but I was new back then

Yeah I think the same way as you guys now. Posting like a mad eejit isn't as important to me anymore. I've been posting extremely less than I used to, especially after that incident. It showed me just how bad I was at posting, and now that I'm cleansed, I don't feel the need to continuously respond to every thread i see as I used to. I just want to have fun being here while I having the majority of my posts being contributing in a good way. We're all here to have fun, we love Rayman, and this place is just great!

I mean we're still active and it's OK to post like mad eejits (just no spam ), but Ray502 is right that it burns you out and Hunch is right that it gets boring posting too much. I even said that myself to you on Discord

We can just have fun here though definitely, I even said when I first joined here that I like this forum more than others. I'll quote myself here if I find that post.

True actually, Master said it first. Ray502 said it again to Jonster and I though after we went on a crazy spree for Jonster to reach 1000 posts after a week. We literally had a mini Record Day

They're right about it though. I still spend a lot of time here, but I'm not trying to rush myself to post in every single thread anymore just for the sake of replying to it

Right. And let's not forget to mention the fact that some or most of the threads were created for certain situations or problems to be fixed... which were already resolved and dealt with years and years back, so posting in them NOW, after the solution was made in them would be...basically retarded.

I am not posting just to get higher than certain people. I don't think I will anyhow so there is no point in trying. I am just posting for my leisures and sometimes important things. I can Remember that I was obligating myself to get a bigger "post per day" rate which was what Jonster started to do himself and that is When I was given the lecture by Master. I realized how important that was.

Now I'm the one getting nostalgic.....but I think for me, I'd prefer not to remember those memories when I posted like mad just for a high post count. Especially when I posted in those old threads that should never have been. Guess it took me longer than you did.

But I'm finally over it now, and things are actually much better than they ever were.

I still feel like I could have been a bit nicer at times instead of reacting the way I did, but I guess everything turned out better anyway

I love this place and I love Rayman and though I'm an extremely active member on here, I couldn't care less about having a high post count and never did. My whole point of being here is because I really like Rayman along with wanting to just communicate with other fellow Rayman fans and enjoy myself. That and trying to help people if they have a problem is the other reason I'm here. In my opinion, if anyone cares about having the highest post count, then they don't care about Rayman or the other forum members and are likely just spamming to get more posts. It's not like you get anything out of having the highest post count anyway unless for some odd reason it satisfies you.

I love this place and I do have a really high post count, but the majority of that was me trying to help the community in any way I could.

It's time for me to stop thinking about the past and just move on with my life here. I want to spend my time here enjoying it rather than wallowing around over my regrets.

That seems to be the case here

I still believe that anyone who would want a highest post record doesn't care about the Rayman series (or RPC) considering that they're effectively spamming it's forum. I might have a mad post count too, but I bet you could look back and only find a handful of silly non contributing ones (including RD) especially when I was joking with a few members back in April.

Not that it's a contribution competition anyway but you get the idea

Serza5 holds most posts in a day; more than I have in total right now. But probably on non-RD occasions Steo or Jonster… maybe even me!

It's rather curious how things turned out in the end. I posted like hell in the past and several years in I'm still here. I really do like being here on RPC tbh, and since Discord is kind of falling out of favor me lately it's nice to fallback to being more active here. Especially since i'm no longer as prone to reverting to how I used to be. Some of the best advice I've been given, for sure.
