eBay is your best bet for most copies, but it depends on which one you want. The known copies are:
French DVD (common)
French VHS (common-uncommon)
German VHS(?) (uncommon-rare)
American VHS (rare and insanely expensive)
Australian VHS (only one copy has ever been found, might not even be legit?)

All of them except the American version can be found on eBay if you set your settings to Worldwide. 2 copies of the American VHS can be found on amazon.com and they are being sold for outrageous prices ($90+, though they used to go for $200).

I own the French DVD of the series, but I was lucky to have purchased from a seller who didn't ask for Collissimo as a shipping method, so it went for a bargain.

The French DVD is also findable in the 10th Anniversary copies of Rayman in French territory.

Looked for half an hour on Ebay, can't find a copy :/ Don't care if it's French or not

One minute search, found these two with shipping worldwide. As Haruka said, the French DVD is packaged with an Anniversary pack.

Isn't it kinda unfair that French version didn't get Rayman M and Rayman 2?
