That's unfortunately not what I'm looking for. By 4th string, I mean the fourth one counting from the high-pitched E string (i.e. the third lowest string by pitch).

In... most of them, I think? At least I suppose that's the standard (in any case, sorry for not specifying the order the strings should be counted in)

I'm no guitar expert, but from my calculations you'd get an F#, which is the same grade I'll be getting if this isn't the correct answer.
