Me too, but I suppose that's not a very good excuse- In English we twist around sentences, have different spellings for alot of words, spells things how they're not pronounced and have strange sayings like mataphors and similies

Indeed, and some say English is equally bad. We also have silly rules like where to put 'was' and 'were' in different contexts, and also 'been', 'went' and 'gone' - some wouldn't see the difference. Plus we have double meanings for words only making things more difficult.

I wonder if anyone still speaks in the old English language.

Oh, that. Seriously, I can't stand that. You have to rephrase the whole sentence to try and make out what's being said, and I'm really bad at unraveling sentences and suchlike

My girlfriend says she was brought up from a Shakespeare background, so she has no problem with interpreting the language. But I do... oh hell I do.

I´m currently expanding my linguistic skillz (lol just making up words to sound more clever) by learning Spanish. I did not want to learn Spanish, I wanted to continue learning French, but at least Spanish is easier... :/

To be honest I don't know. ^^ I suppose it means her family traces back right to relatives of Shakespeare, or even Shakespeare himself!

Well, turkish insults I learned very fast At the moment I join a Japanese-AG in school. It's a very interesting language.

But it's very hard tough. Well, i always found the symbols great tough ^^

I doubt it, Shakespeare's kids all died of plague I think.

Yeah, ande some japanese words are very funny.

I believe there is a japanese word for 'the fanatical belief of one's penis shrinking into the body'.
