The way I see it, the Dutch complaining about the officiating was about as classless as their game on the field. Howard Webb is only human and in my opinion adjudicated the game far better than many referees I've seen in this world cup. I have no opposition to Dutch people (or their team), but yesterday they played a poor match and should learn to concede failure.

Howard Webb did a pretty good job. He talked to the players and everything, he wasn't just some vacant... uruguayan. Some of the Dutch antics really annoyed me, but I still feel for them. They came so cloooooose.

He made too many mistakes for a world championship final. It's not only the Dutch team fans who say Webb was poor, by the way. The game was dirty yes... but it was hardly a 'poor' match.

The Netherlands would have won if Robben was just a bit more lucky ffs.

I would disagree. The game occasionally showed the brilliance of the two sides, but all too often it was broken up by yellow cards et al AND some rather uninspiring play. All in all, it was mediocre and frustrating to watch.
I don't think Webb was poor. He wasn't great (by a long shot), but I don't think anyone else would've done better on that pitch.

De Bleeckere from Belgium or that guy from Uzbekistan should have refereed the final. Those two were by far the best refs in the tournament.

Ok guys, the final was a bullshit Finally I prefer support the French team!
