Holy ballsack that's a lot of stuff!

And this gives me a consistent 110+ FPS in Crysis (an improvement over the 45-ish I got with my GTX 580):

Jesus Brad that's a lot of stuff. Okay for any computer people here I have a computer question. Im getting very interested in building my own computer and after doing a lot of research im not sure want parts to buy because of how many brands there are and how people praise different types. What do you recommend for the following and for a desktop or do you prefer using a empty case?
