Well, the fireworks went mental, so 2015 it is.

So, um, hi. Happy New Year to those on this side of the Atlantic, and Happy New Year in advance to those on the other!

So I rang in the new year in an A&E waiting room. My poor grandmother has a broken patella and had been in there for about six hours waiting for a bed. So there I was with my Dad in the waiting room, when the countdown started on the telly. Next thing I knew everyone in the room was standing up and joining hands in celebration! We didn't sing Auld Lang Syne unfortunately, but it still beat anything that would have happened involving my family otherwise!
~Is it wrong to be pleased that I rang in the New Year in a hospital?

Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2015 is an awesome year for not only the RPC, but everywhere! I really want to make the most out of this year and want to share it with you guys as well! Cheers!

That is simultaneously sucky and awesome. Feeling so much for your nan, really pleased you and plumdad had a good new year nonetheless! Though it's criminal not to sing Auld Lang Syne It's not even an English song!
