I recall him mentioning it was technology focused, but he didn't really go into detail. Probably because he didn't have a clear idea himself.

Last I checked, it's just some general thing he made up. Originally started out with out any themes/purpose. Except the want to just have a forum to be admin on with powers. Yada yada Though he seems to have changed it to technology (another general thing). Which a lot of forums already cover quite well.

Hmm, how old is Fifo?

Think it was meant to be tech centred, though it was really just one giant off-topic from what I saw.
