Probably would be difficult to adapt to the current PHPBB versions, wouldn't it?

Code-wise we'd have to start from scratch. But the data, such as the items and the graphics, could have been reused.

Ting question (50 tings): what do I use for playing PS1 games and capturing them?
A: PS1 (PAL, SCPH-102, modchip)
B: PS1 (NTSC-U/C, SCPH-7501, modchip)
C: PS2 (PAL, SCPH-90004, no modchip)
D: PS2 (NTSC-U/C, SCPH-90001, modchip)
