Nothing much different though I'm afraid.
Nothing much means that something is different. What ?

Must be Ly's look and that Rayman's shirt is blue, not purple. Right?

Uh, it's the Dreamcast version, it never had decipherable voices therefore no Japanese voice. Just Japanese text.

Who is Gus?
I already have a normal iPod for watching films but I think I might get an iPod Touch for Christmas, as long as I can hack it. Playing apps sure would be great.

How much you gave for it?
Rayman DS here on a later release it was sold for 19,99€ only but I just had a moment of "What the heck?!" when it disappeared few after in the shelves and I see on a GAME store for 49,99€. Probabily imported from other European country.

It nothing specially really, just a port of the N64 version. Using the touch screen to control rayman seems to make him move faster. However, it sucks because Ubisoft was high, so they put the touch screen controls on the left of the screen. Now this wouldnt be too bad, but they assumed that every person who would play it would be left handed, because they left no option to move it to the right.

We already know that. I also gave my opinions about the game long time ago.

I know, but I have the same oppinions about the DS version of Rayman 2.
It's the worst version of Rayman 2, a direct port to the DS that brings out graphical glitches that didn't exist in the N64 version. The graphics look too much pixelized, especially the text and 2D pictures. There are some typos in the texts. The music and sound effects are the same as N64, MIDI-like (except voices). For me the biggest issue is in the controls. The developers didn't take any time to fix this but it's a big problem controlling Rayman in diagonal directions with the D-Pad. It arrives a moment that your left thumb is burning and hurting like hell if you are playing this in an original Nintendo DS (This problem is reduced if you play this in a Nintendo DS Lite. I didn't test the D-Pad behaviour in a Nintendo DSi/XL.) Rayman also delays in responding to the controls. The most nonsense thing is the touch screen. I liked how in the beta pictures they designed the touch screen, but in the final version is something tottally different. Except for watching Rayman's energy, Lums, Cages and enemies' energy it serves for nothing. How can a right-handed person play with the touch screen if the jumping, shooting and strafing buttons are all in the right side?!

I would love to have an explanation of the guys responsible for the touch screen interaction. It works for left-handed people but what about the right-handed ones? Unless they had a configuration to swap the button mapping from D-Pad to X,Y,A,B and vice-versa it would be ok, but now...
At least with my Rayman DS I can play R2 anywhere, that's the advantage.

Got it for about 6 quid from a game shop in London along with the DS version of TV Party for the same price; I just thought "fuck it".
But I do agree the controls on RDS are quite horrible. It's like I'm playing the game drunk.
