The seller of Mushroom statue messaged me few days after she was paid that she does not want to sell be statue
WHAT THE FUCK??? Couldn't you said that before I made a payment you dumbass. What is worse is that payment was done via bank transfer and Droolie kindly helped me with that. STAY AWAY from "juetcha"! I am gonna make sure she fucking pays for this shit. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? Runing my fucking health. I have been searching for a long time for Mushroom statue and I wake up and read that she decided not to send me. I ALREADY HAVE WEAK HEART AND THIS IS MAKING ME MORE STRESSFUL! Why couldn't she say at the beginning that she doesn't ship outside Belgium or something like that but instead she tells me after payment of 40 EUR!!!
People like her are the reason why I have health problems and why am I having short temper. Now I need to get 40 EUR back from her somehow because this is not ending here.

@OCG What the hell? Why didn't she warn before? You paid her damnit, she only has got the obligation to ship you the item under the penalty of getting a negative feedback.

Oh yes, she picked a wrong person to mess with. My father is famous attorney and if someone tries to fuck with me, it won't be good. Of course for silly things I don't care what people do to me and I will just move on if I feel something unfair happened but scamming me for rare item is serious

If she does not refund me at least, she will:

- Get eBay account suspended
- Be forced to pay me much bigger damage or she will end up in jail if she denies

If she still decides not to ship to me even after my threats that she is violating eBay (I contacted eBay btw so they sent her message too) but offers refund, She will still have a huge damage on her account because I did not receive item and I won auction.

Only way she can legally choose not to send me is if there were more people bidding. Seller has option to sell item to second bid if there is valid reason for example seller lives in same country like second bidder so it is easier. But in this case, I was the only person bidding so if she is doing outside eBay transactions, it is violation of policy. God knows what the fuck is in her mind. She looked like a person happy to do international shipping.

I contacted eBay on phone today so this is all true what I said. Seller is obligated to send item after payment which was in this case done and she even confirmed that she received it.

To answer Raymania's question, the rarest Rayman item I'd own would probably be the Rayman-on-the-Shell McDonald's toy that I have had as long as I can remember. Rarest game: probably the GBC games of Rayman 1 and now also 2 (thank you, you fantastic Portuguese girl! ).
