Personally I think it's the interaction. I think the interaction on this forum feels more like personal interaction, due to the community not being to big to be able to overlook. Personally I have a certain feeling about each and every one of you, and I think I'm not the only one. And I think that would be different if the community were much bigger than it is now.

I guess Imco's point about size makes sense. There's about a dozen active members here at any given time, some rotating in or out, so I guess those people get to know each other pretty well.
