Note that I said 'the fanatical
belief'. In other words I'm pretty sure it just means they THINK it's happening. And so they have a word for that. I could be wrong though.

He´s norwegian, too.
And for me, at least, understanding Swedish is not a problem at all... How much the swedes understand of written Norwegian is something else though.

They can't understand anything! I met a Swedish girl when my football team was in Östersund, and I had to write her text messages in English because she couldn't understand it if I wrote in Norwegian.

Writing is different, but most of Polish people can talk with Russians without any knowledge on St. Ciril's alphabet, so I get this point.

I'm getting better at German and I'm already quite good at Italian, but I wish I could practise those two languages on the internet
