Lol, the only thing I ever see of 4th of July is Tumblr spamming a bunch of history about racism and imperialism and really edgily putting "happy 4th" under it.
How do people celebrate it anyway? I've lived in the States for over six years now and only in my first year there was some event where you could come watch a band play a bunch of patriotic songs and they shot some fireworks off at the end.

I celebrated the 4th of July with a concert and a BBQ. Now, given that I live in the Netherlands and don't exactly celebrate the 4th of July and find it a rubbish celebration day to begin with, that probably doesn't count.
