Guilty, though I won't say what exactly it was

Was about to clear a level and then unforseen circumstances prevented you from doing so at the last minute?

Guilty, in Rayman 1 I died and got a Game Over right before the Moskito fight!

Ever got first place in a racing game but then in the last minute a bot took over and got 4th, 5th or 8th place?

Innocent, I usually end up 2nd or 3rd in that instance.

Reads books these days?

Innocent myself, I'd read stuff online mainly.

Ever wear slippers?

Guilty, I even drive with slippers although that should only be attempted by people who are confident enough with thier driving

Innocent, I don't have a computer, I use my dad's computer.

Has discovered a rare glitch before?

I’m not really sure so I’ll just put innocent.

That's one that I can't answer because while some glitches are cool, some break games and cause you to lose progress and restart.

Ever forgot to hit submit and only realised hours later when someone else replied to a thread?

Innocent, I always remember to hit submit though sometimes it doesn't register.

Ever pressed the submit button twice and you were redirected to the full editor and thought someone ninja-posted you?

Guilty, it happened me before but then I learned to wait when I realised it double posts.
