Here in clearwater the temperature is a horribly hot 80 degrees with 58% humidity, I'd gladly trade places with anyone north of the 40th parallel please

I think it is the same storm, Master, yes.

Actually the storm here picked up a solid metal traffic blocking fence and flung it a full twenty meters further down the road. I've seen dislocated porto-potties and other, often heavy items flung around in cyclonic displacement. The winds were strong in this one! It seems calm now.

nr0r laughs at you all from good ol' Florida, where hurricanes are greeted with parties! (No seriously, we throw hurricane parties here.)

Calm night, mostly clear skies. It looks lovely.

Wait, hurricane parties? Must be those southern Floridians way down in Miami.

No no, it's generalized actually. Basically you go to a friend's place, stay there until the storm is over and drink, play games, ect ect. I've never had one however.

Ah. I have never been to one. There hasn't been any hurricanes threatening where I live in Florida, so that's probably why.

Much calmer and quieter today, the storm seems to have passed.

Once daylight savings happen it'll practically be early summer here, the bugs and everything are already coming back.

Gah, I hope they take their time here, it makes keeping the window open a little more irksome.

The weather's... boring... I'd like a good typhoon to change a little bit.

Eh, a change of scenery is always nice, I'd rather not endure a natural disaster though.

There's talk of snow approaching, I just hope it doesn't hit on a Uni day, cause then I could enjoy it.
