@Dark Lum Lord 6.5/10 I like the both quotes, but the Grumpy Cat kinda kills it.

6/10 - The fact that the background is sharper and busier than the foreground by a ten-fold is kind of distracting, which is a shame, as those are some of your best drawings yet. Also, while it took me a second to recognise, I think you could've found something better to use than overlaying both of Photoshop's default patterns as a background.

Again, 10/10.

By the way, your picture of the Dementor and the angry cat makes me chuckle every time I see it (and consequently do a voice-over of it). 7/10

8/10 - Your animated signatures are always the best. They're unobtrusive and calm, and just enough to blend right in. Your drawings have a very charming style to them.

As for the remaining two points, I feel as if it's too busy, and the vibrant colours of the foreground characters don't seem to fit all too well with the sombre mood of the background. I think a photofilter or a transparent gradient shader would do good on all the animated characters plus the roses. Interestingly, Origins' colour scheme bugged me for a similar reason.

Alright. As always, I'm eager to learn if you're willing to teach! I don't really have a grasp on the full capabilities of my program.
I do only have Photoshop Elements though, so I'm not sure if those kind of tools will be available to me.

Wasn't there an iteration of the actual Photoshop that was being given out for free?

Adobe has released this legacy version of the ever popular Photoshop as freeware. Download and enjoy.

It's a very old version, of course, but probably still a step up from Elements. I'll look into that for sure!

Wait, Shroob's signature is animated? It doesn't show on my computer that it's animated.

I don't see any animation as well.

If you're using Chrome, get the APNG extension, I think that might allow you to see the animation.
