BOM part 2 - The Island Combo

It takes some attempts to find the right direction towards the yellow gems. You have to make a blind jump and trust you do it right. With practise you will get it.

Could you please show me a video of that combo please? I never do this in time to use the vortex

I think the camera doesn't help a lot either.

The last attempt I've done a few moments ago, I think it was by half second it missed to get the yellow gems.

So far I finish the combo with around 7500 in the counter.

EDIT: Strange, the video you show in the guide is different, but does it lead to the same result? Or the new one has got more points?

Haruka: The Island Combo I just posted is the newest and improved version. I called it the Ultimate Island Combo. The one in the walkthrough is different and much like the one Danone posted if I remeber correctly. I assumed it was only the yellow gems on the small islands that you asked for?

Danone: I have actually never made a video of that combo, but since I have a holiday this coming week I'll try to make one. I'll post it here later.

Because I was orientating myself with the original video, and I could make everything until the Vortex Combat Fatigue being released from the Hoodmonger, now my combo fails from here on because I don't catch the yellow gems in time.

yeah, i just did it (!), heres how i managed to do it:
when you pick up the green can, the camera should be facing a specific way. just press bottom+left arrows (if youre playing pc, just convert it into the right direction if youre on console or use different hotkeys) and head into the swamp. If you enter it, the camera angle will change. At this point go for TOP+left direction and as soon as you reach the island, roll for the gem.
Then (importantly as i found out) i used to miss the next 2 gems in time because the combo was too short. I solved it in just going around the second gem on the first island and pick it from "behind" so that the way to the next gem would be shorter.
