Any admin can change usernames.

I, as an admin, can change the username of any user on my forum.

While < thinks Supermod sounds more imposing, Global Mod has a more professional air to <, ^'s view on the matter probably differs.

^ should know that she probably didn't really replace Ly. She just works better in MP and they probably never wanted to include Ly anyway…
< seems to be the only one who thinks it's reasonable that Tily might be the unholy offspring of Rayman and Ly.

^'s signature has some rainbow text in it, though it's a different kind of rainbow to <'s.
