I think Portugal and Spain have a half-hour time difference, though there's a good chance I'm wrong. I know there's one of those somewhere near that area.

Wrong, there's a difference of one hour. Spain has got an hour extra than Portugal. So for example, if in Portugal it is 21:00h, in Spain it is 22:00h. Spain shares the same fuse schedule of France. Portugal shares the same fuse schedule of United Kingdom and Ireland.
