I am not interested in it either. Although theme song was good imo.

I only watched like one episode of AoT and I got about as interested in it as I am in Friendship is Magic; like not at all. :/

I tried watching a bit of the original Japanese version of the AoT anime, but I couldn't get into it. IDK, but it feels like one of those shows that tries so desperately to be dark and depressing, to the point where I can't take it seriously at all, nor did any of the characters seem endearing at all, or did they seem to have interesting personalities. I also don't like how facial expressions tend to be handled in the more dramatic moments, it reminds me of some of the Archie Sonic comics.

The animation is really pretty though, and I love all of the parodies of the OP1 theme. And then this awesome Smash Bros adaptation of OP2 was made, which I really like:

I'm just about to start watching FMA: Brotherhood, my friend started yesterday too so we'll be watching it together (kind of). I'm hoping it's as good as everyone says.

Anyone knows a good Anime site that is Wii U compatible and that has uncensored episodes of Original Dragon Ball (not DBZ)?

I remember OCG and I talked about Anime in the Cartoon thread (sorry about that), and particularly Zatch Bell.

I finished the entire series, and it wasn't that great. I actually think that because of its quality, they didn't get as much attention as they wanted or something like that, so 'screw this we're gonna finish the series right after the Faudo arc and we're gonna throw the Zeon/Riou fight in 10 episodes', which disppointed me A LOT.

The manga is great : good story, good drawing, and the background drawings are awesome.

I also found my new favourite Zatch Bell opening. Just for you OCG :

Been watching FMA: Brotherhood. I just finished watching episode 16 (no spoilers please or I'll hate you forever and ever) and at the start of the series I was thinking that it was a pretty good show, but now that the plot's starting to develop I'm seeing why this show gets so much praise. I get the feeling I'm going down the road of another Avatar: The Last Airbender. As in, it will get progressively better until it hits a high point and stays there for the rest of the series. And then I'll finish it and cry that it's over. Well back to watching it..

Oh two more things; 1- So glad that this isn't another one of those "This is your destiny and you can't do anything else because DESTINYYYYYYY" plots. 2- The whole '7 Deadly Sins' thing they have going on is genius.

This series follow the manga, which is WAY better than the previous one which was focusing on a book if I remember correctly.

FMA is incredibly cool with its steampunk universe and the depth of the history of each character. I don't exactly know which one is my favourite, although I have a little preference for Izumi Curtis.

First one from 2003 has only few episodes based off light novel like "Fake Elric Brothers" but most of the stuff is like shitty fanfiction (expecially later part). Only the very first few episodes somewhat follow Manga. FMA: B is clearly superior.

I never posted here? Strange. I have a MyAnimeList account were you can see what I watch. Feel free to add me to your friends if you have an account there. If you don't - make one asap, it's a great site for keeping track of the anime you've watched. :)

My favorite anime is probably Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen. I just love it for its art, music, story, animation, voice acting... everything, really. In just 4 episodes it managed to have a bigger effect on me than FMA: Brotherhood, and that says a lot. The anime follows a child who was brought up as an assassin. He kills because he doesn't know better, but that changes over the course of the anime.

This is one of my favorite scenes from it. The video isn't subbed, but I can watch it just like that without understanding everything, and it's still fantastic - the tension keeps rising! It's very bloody, but the actual Ikedaya incident it was based on was like that. This particular scene follows the escape of the 15-year old while the Shinsengumi (a "police force" supporting the Shogunate) raid his employers' hideout. He is supposed to take that girl with him because she makes them look like a couple - a good disguise for getting out of the city in one piece...

Apart from that I really, really love Gintama for its humor. I'm looking forward to the return of the anime which will likely be announced at the end of this year. :)

I want to know the voice actor for Ling but don't want to google it for fear of spoilers. Ling's dub voice is awesome and I love the character!
