Yeah, by using subSilver you can create nice themes.

Yeah, the standard subsilver sucks, but by using more images and smooth background images, you allready have a nice feel!

Isn't it possable just to change the background pic and stuff as long as you use the same file format and name like i did for my banner at my forum?

It's the best to edit and then replace them on your FTP.
