Drolpiraat wrote:There's a basketball minigame in the Xbox 360 version too. Apart from that and the graphics I don't think there's anything special about that version.
Apart from the devs forgetting to remove the R4 prototype from it. Not that I've figured out how to get stuff from it apart from the music and sounds though.
On a side note, it's quite funny how all of the main Rayman game topics became announcements and this one got demoted to a normal topic.
So you are saying that hackers could make R4 prorotype playable with RRR 360 data?
Maybe, but it's very difficult and very unlikely that they'd even be able to do so. I know the data is there, I just don't know if that is ALL of it.

Shame they scrapped original Rayman 4 plans like that. I wonder who was behind the decision.
Interesting there was still game code for it left like that.

I was a skulker, so my memory might be a little rusty, but I definitely recall you making a thread about this in the past, Droolie.

I would like to see the basketball thing. I also know there's a western minigame where the camera of the Xbox360 is used to detect movement.

Can't really seem to find the other one sadly.

Interesting to see the 360 version has its own exclusive minigames.

I played 360 version and I have to say it is the definitive one in my opinion. Best graphics, more mini games, awesome controls because they let you choose do you want to play with Xbox Camera or Controller (unlike Wii version which does not support GameCube Controller or Classic Controller). Since I don't own it myself, I think I should go and buy it once when I see it for cheap on eBay.

The basketball is pretty odd. It disappoints me to see it is just an alternative "throw cows" minigame.

Ah, I remember that throwing cows minigame, poor cows.
Boy was Rayman Raving Rabbids a crazy game. I only have the PC version.

That one is bad if played with mouse. Expecially minigames where you have to move mouse up and down fast.

Try playing it on a DualShock and alternating the two sticks, that was a pain on my thumbs.

Not for me really. But then again, I am so used to DualShock styled controllers so maybe thats why.

Likewise, been on them since the beginning of my gaming life, still a pain regardless.

I really don't like the dual analog thing they had on the ps2/3, it just gave me blisters, not good scores... how does the 360 have an additional mini-game anyways? i'll assume this was a mod/hack.

Nope, it was not mod/hack. Ubisoft just decided to put it.

would probably be good to add said content to the raywiki; speaking of I noticed that most of the minigames for the rabbids games are empty links, why's that?

I just read in this month's BGAMER that the Rabbids Invasion is already passing in Portugal through Nickelodeon since 2th December. The problem is I don't have that channel.
