You can find, on almost any level:
-Golden fists
-White fists
-1 red point
-3 red points
-A big red point, worth 5
-An extra life

You can find, on some levels:
-A seed, which allows you to plant flowers
-A potion, which allows you to fly for ever

You get some powers thanks to Betilla:
-The power to use your fist
-The power to hang
-The power to use purple rings and grab lifes
-The power to use your helicopter
-The power to run
