We have something similar called ZAIKS applying only to Polish works and working simply and disturbingly - it gets 33pr of profit and sends it to artists poor and liked by ZAIKS, which basically means guys whose art I do not like. However, people went to other countries to avoid it.

On a more Rayman related topic, Spiraldoor, how can you so easily assume that there can't be two villains and that that 'evil teensie' is Mr. Dark? I mean, you can have a look at The Legend Of Spyro as an example, (if you haven't played the games you won't recognise the names but you'll still get it), in the first one, Cynder (an evil dragon), is thought to be the big villain, but it is later revealed that there is a 'Dark Master' that controls her, he doesn't appear directly as an in-game obstacle, but there are still two villains, and in the second one you must set out to destroy an evil ape king called Gaul who is intent on resurrecting the 'Dark Master'. there really is no reference to the third one in line because the 'Dark Master' is the one and only main antagonist. But still, you get my point.
