Plum was too apprehensive to respond to that. His nose wrinkles at his lads' habits. The smell of cannabis reminds him of the time he tripped and fell nose-first into a skunk's asshole, after which his father crashed his car trying to come help him, despite having been sober for hours.

As amusing as that is, please refrain from double posting.

Need I cover every single detail of my life to explain why I was inactive?

The name isn't true right now though.

Of course, but you're talking to Magistrate Shitmod here.

I'm used to you coming up with all sorts of things, really. Though I hadn't gotten a chance to see how things have been with you lately, let alone a nice idle chit chat.
How've you been doing anyway?

If anything the smell of cannabis reminds me of goofing off two years ago and ending up with 17/20 in an ODEs midterm despite having previously sailed through a Linear Algebra midterm with 20/20. That's right, I'm even sadder than you thought.

I tried edibles a few times now, first time was in a cupcake and it made me feel A LOT LESS fidgety. Second and third time was cherry jam but only made me feel slightly relaxed (enough to be able to sit in bed, read a long novel while having mynoise on I suppose). Would like to try edibles some more though.
Antidepressants on the other hand... Phew those first few days were a bumpy ride but now I've been feeling miles better than I was all of last autumn and winter when I had some nasty depression that got in my way too much.

I don't really want the same dynamic to replicate itself with another drug. Although I guess it already has, albeit only among those willing to try something illegal from the black market, so we don't hear as much about it.
If people were smart enough not to drink when they need to drive a car it wouldn't happen.
If people were smart enough to drive properly full stop instead of speeding and running red lights to save 5 seconds off their journey it wouldn't happen. I hate drink anyway now. I stupidly abused it for about 8 years and my stomach is just f**ked now.
Imagine an Irish person saying they hate drink like

Wow, this is one that I didn't see coming. This is indeed quite a loss, farewell to one of our brightest minds, and I hope his passing was peaceful.

Really didn't expect this, but he still died at an honorable age for someone that has his disability.

Damn that's not nice to hear. One of the smartest people ever, a lot would have guessed it due to his disability. It's cool that he could still make such a contribution to science given that. Just very unexpected news to wake up to

Well that's a shock! But he's done a lot already, I guess he can rest now.
In his honor, here's my favorite pic of him:

One of the things I loved most about him was that he was like a hundred times funnier than the entire Polish stand-up scene.

Indeed; I see this as far more of a success story than anything.
I'd actually been expecting this for the last year or so, weirdly enough. I made a mental note that he'd probably be the next to go.
