Now this guy has de-railed completely, claiming that "dirty liberal scientists" are behind a global conspiracy to reduce the Earth's population to 500 million, abolish democracy and establish a totalitarian Orwellian society. How the hell are you supposed to react to lunacy like this?

Doing what the government says will do nothing though. 'Every little helps' is a sham - 'Every massive undertaking helps' would be better. That's probably why the guy's so paranoid.
