While Canard was online, so was Hunch. They're both offline now while I'm typing this. Canard doesn't seem to have mod powers, yet he changed <'s sig (or he hacked <, whatever.). It's also quite a coincidence that Canard comes online the day he's mentioned.

Canard is a frightening entity... he can play with people's sigs, take their tings, without moddy-ness...
