Here's something to be impatient about: by her own estimates, RayFan believes the game won't be finished until she turns twenty!

Well, that leaves another four years of discussion about this wonderful game.

That's quite an intense way to phrase it. I'll be
twenty by the time I finish this. Trippy.
I've improved the Rayman model again (the body proportions are much better now). I'm also working on a practice animation, sort of a take on the matrix Rayman Revolution video:

I'll tweak things here and there.

I see no reason to redo anything though, just modifications.
Also I've been working with Michelle (the person helping me export the character model), and we've
almost got it, I might even have it working today or tomorrow.

Great models! Though the hair is still having trouble transitioning between orange and yellow.

I'm not sure how far I can go to fix that, because currently I can't make it transition any better.
Just for the heck of it, here's something I did just now while I wait for my Rayman exporting partner to wake up:
A fully rigged Toothy model! Although he doesn't have Toothy's teeth (rather he the teeth most of the other characters have), he has the colour and the tail.

If the transition of the hair is a texture problem,I think I know how to fix it.Great model, also!

Just a comment on the hands in that model: especially near the joints of the separate bones (read: phalanxes) there's something going wrong. It's a bit 'spiky' if you know what I mean. As opposed to a smooth transition from bone to bone, it's got jagged edges and you can clearly see this by looking at the shadows on the hands. There's also a little weird thing going on with Ray's back - it's kind of folded, as if he's wearing some sort of fabric. You can see this especially well in the one where he's bent backwards and looking into the camera while we see the floor underneath him (third pic).
EDIT:
Here's what I mean in a picture:
I hope this is something you've already been targeting and I didn't just bring something up that has ruined your day... for the rest, it looks great!

It sure is!
That's actually a Mental Ray (the program that 3ds Max uses to render its images) glitch. This is what they look like both unrendered or in CryEngine3:
And here's a comparison between unrendered and rendered:

I guess it can be based off of Rayman 1, but make it even funkier.

I said ask Spanex, I've actually said that about eight times.

I'd suggest any evil/scary character or just so serious that looks evil like that:

That's what I call an awesome character!
