Oh we tend to call any dessert a pudding as some colloquial term, like some others call desserts "afters". I'm guessing pudding is like a mousse type stuff no?

Probably should have read the sentence more clearly instead of quickly skimming otherwise I would have seen the "for pudding" part.

I made my own egg fried rice today as part of some meal prep and am about to eat my share with some sweet & sour that I added broccoli and pineapple to.
