Well, the Wizard can make buildings which warp you to different locations, so maybe he warped him here..?

its basically an android tablet remade to be a pc. You can't run steam and stuff like that

Don't Chromebooks usually use Intel processors? I always was under the impression they were more PC-like than Tablets. And yeah, they run ChromeOS.
