I don't know, I like the name Sideways, it's more wacky. Torzue almost sounds Japanese.

Ok, so I listened to the tracks you linked me and I liked the inside of the first one(beginning and ending was not for my ears), the other two lack unique sounding. I was listening and I felt like hey I know that song it's a theme from something .... I really like in rayman 2 soundtrack that there was main theme put in somewhere in nearly all tracks. This theme was like rayman running into the place. You had the background music of the place you got to and then suddenly rayman runs in(the theme), I hope you understand me.

Since I'm not very precise, I ask you to challenge your self with one task. Allow your self to use max. 2/3 instruments and make a track that will be similar to Canopy or at least inspired by. Ofc You can either say Challenge accepted or GTFO. It's just might help you understand what I mean.

Eric Chevalier would be proud of the second one! Thats what I call inspired by! The first one was also good but further on it lacked sth(can't pprecise as usual) but the beginning was very canopy based . THe third one was marshes of awakening in the very beginning but the rest was very original and I enjoyed it quite much . So lets put it that way. I wish whole soundtrack was like the second one. The fourth one is the next best option.

I hope you put that in mind when composing sth but ofc its all up to you, I bet many here love all you have composed so far and that only goes to show that you are a very good composer. I only hope that you will get better and better every day

I just thought that it would be strange that a character has a name which is a normal word.I mean,I don't mind that much because I'm spanish and that doesn't mean nothing for me xD But other people may not like the name.If he's a sorcerer,what about a more strange name? A name more like Begoniax,Globox,Ly,it should have a more Rayman feel,not a normal word...I think.

I have been thinking that it may be a good idea to include subtitles,what do you think? I could translate to Spanish and maybe someone can translate it to French and other languages.I may be able to translate to French using a dictionary,but I might make some mistakes...

I think the name "Sideways" probably doesn't appeal to you as much BECAUSE you're Spanish.

Sure, I'll probably have you or Danone translate it. DesLife has volunteered to help, so I'm almost certain he would help with the French translation. I was wanting to have voice acting in all the languages though, with toggleable subtitles of course.
