It's simple, ^ needs to be aware even YouTube, could suck a ton of data if ^ were to watch it a lot, video streaming can consume a lot. And online gaming could too, depending on the game.

^ should take into consideration that if one sets the video quality to 720p or higher the usage will be used more than lower qualities. ^ probably knows that though.

^ should also take into consideration how the vast majority of the internet has a lot of content displayed at once now days. Look at Twitter and Tumblr for example, they can consume a load of data with continuous browsing.

< wouldn't know what ^ mentioned since < doesn't use Twitter or Tumblr.
