My favorite crossover ship has always been Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z and Midna.from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Also Mister Dark and Emily Strange (depending on how old Mister Dark is). If Mister Dark is too old for Emily, then Mister Dark and female Alucard from Hellsing: The Dawn.
