I recall discussing with another member about the fps limiter once, if memory serves, it was more a measure of preventing hardware from being overworked to the point where it could get damaged, barring that, I believe all PC version Rayman games have been on par with the console releases (except perhaps Rayman 1, but that's a different kettle of fish when it comes to circumstances at the time).Gewku wrote:Dem Ubisoft releasing good game for consoles but with halfass the quality for pcMaster wrote:Hm, it's not going to show up on YouTube, videos are limited to 30 FPS there, it'd be best if you just uploaded the video file to something like MEGA, and then let us download to see what the problem is.
It seems to me that the similarity to Rayman 2 PC is there, as I said before it too fluctuated between 60 and 30.
Interesting, That very interesting but that "on par" part is bullshit since the fps problem is in R2 and R3. R1 is really perfect on pc i play it with my pc controller and its awesome but the other games are bullshit!and also through frame blending you can make videos 60 fps even on youtubeMaster wrote:I recall discussing with another member about the fps limiter once, if memory serves, it was more a measure of preventing hardware from being overworked to the point where it could get damaged, barring that, I believe all PC version Rayman games have been on par with the console releases (except perhaps Rayman 1, but that's a different kettle of fish when it comes to circumstances at the time).Gewku wrote:Dem Ubisoft releasing good game for consoles but with halfass the quality for pcMaster wrote:Hm, it's not going to show up on YouTube, videos are limited to 30 FPS there, it'd be best if you just uploaded the video file to something like MEGA, and then let us download to see what the problem is.

The Dreamcast and PC versions of Rayman 2 are the only versions which ever even touch 60 FPS on a regular basis, so I don't know where you got that complaint from.Gewku wrote:Interesting, That very interesting but that "on par" part is bullshit since the fps problem is in R2 and R3.
idk but im having trouble with R3 on pc and people say the same problem is on r2 on pc soooooooo.I really shouldn't say that R2 has a problem unless I check myself but on the long run it just adds up to more desperation for fixing the fps issue on both games.Adsolution wrote:The Dreamcast and PC versions of Rayman 2 are the only versions which ever even touch 60 FPS on a regular basis, so I don't know where you got that complaint from.Gewku wrote:Interesting, That very interesting but that "on par" part is bullshit since the fps problem is in R2 and R3.
True it doesn't stop the amazing Gameplay and characters from shining, the spectacular music from popping into my ears and the fun from making me enjoy the game and I think I'm one of the only people living on this planet that enjoys Murphy's funny commentary, and what Globox says when you attack him(no seriously try attacking him right after *SPOILER WARNING FOR 30 MINS INTO THE GAME* getting your hands and before turning the lights on. what he says is really amazing! It makes me crack up everytime.)but yeah it's not THAT bad.By the way what do you think of my signiture? I can do a lot better but it was just a place holder I did yesterday because I just wanted a Signiture.Master wrote:I think you're taking the FPS issue as the be all and end all of things, I can see why they'd be annoying, but they still remain over the playable limit.

[YourSpoilerHere]Can you send us the iso or img or something of the disc so we can use PowerISO or Daemon Tools to use the disc?OldClassicGamer wrote:I own original disc of Rayman 3 European version and it has VSync option.
Sad thing is as I mentioned before i don't have a Nvidia graphics card.OldClassicGamer wrote:it seems I made a mistake and that it was Rayman M that had such option in main menu. But I showed on that screenshot how can it be disabled with NVIDIA Control Panel.
I know and I tried doing mine but the fps was still unstableOldClassicGamer wrote:Every graphics card has control panel I believe. It shouldn't matter if it is NVIDIA or not.
