@Adsolution Avoid TVParty.

From my experience TV Party was shit. It's been a while since I've played but I remember the poor attempt to copy Warioware they did on one of the final games.

One of the most grave things in that game was the very poor recognization of controls in some minigames in particular. I give the example of that minigame with the free fall mixed up with Tetris.

Good to know, though I'm still interested in playing the first Raving Rabbids game.

I like the first Raving Rabbids but over the years I'm certainly starting to see its flaws. I use to love the first minigame but then I realized how stupidly repetetive it was, even on the wii. It's just unfun now compared to how it used to be, ESPECIALLY the PC version. Of course, that's just one minigame, the rest is still good.

That's true. RRR1/2 used to be much more fun back in the early days of the Wii, but when I replayed back in 2011/2012 I felt really bored. It isn't really the same thing anymore, as the fashion is (fortunately) already gone. There are really repetitive minigames, and few of them are really fun to play. One of my favourite minigames of the trilogy is the Snake Charm from RRR2.

I actually found Wii version worst due to motion controls and no Classic controller support. If PS2 version can be played with controller, why is Wii version motion only. Have both as option dammit.

I'd prefer to play it with motion controls.

Having played the PS2 version, I share Brad's sentiment, the controls are decent, but it doesn't feel right in some cases. For instance, having to alternate the analog sticks in the Present Dash minigame. Or drawing the items in the Rabbid chef minigame.

Is it bad I honestly thought it would be Rayman 3D + Origins + Legends?

Both Wii and PS2 win in some minigames.

I'd have to say though for the plunger shooting minigames, mouse was always the best. Those were some of the best minigames in RRR

Actually, yes. They worked really well for the most part. I only played it once (we don't often use the Kinect in our house since it's demanding in terms of space), but I fondly remember it, I had a ton of fun.
Especially that obstacle dodging mini-game. That mini-game was the single best use of Kinect I've ever seen in an actual game. No other game has made think to
vault over my couch to dodge a laser coming from the sky, yet this one did, and it actually worked, and I was able to jump back to the middle just fine without any technical issues (which I've had with almost any other Kinect game).

I see. Then reviewers were probably very harsh in rating the game, instead of puting hatred to the side.

All I remember from that one was that you pretty much need to play the game vigorously with your whole body, I never played it since that one time I tried it at a Forbidden Planet branch 3 years ago.

To be fair, when it comes to Kinect games, everyone seems to have different experiences with different games. For example, Sonic Free Riders got decent review scores at the time, but I couldn't work the controls at all.
