Wasn't there once the Marquee BBCode set up? Or am I thinking of somewhere else?

A long time ago, HTML was allowed so the <marquee> tags worked fine, but Pirate-Commuity was hacked with malicious HTML codes, then we have not been able to use them anymore for a long time
