I used to like bacon and eggs a lot, but now my favourite fried egg dish is huevos rancheros, basically eggs with a tomato and chili sauce. So good.

Sounds interesting. Unfortunately chili sauce sold around here is simply not tasty. The one sold in Australia was delicious though.

Well I make mine myself, so it's always delicious.

I would try huevos rancheros on the condition that I'm allowed to use mild chilli sauce. Also sounds like a good way to use leftover avocado from sushi making.

Making your own chili sauce, huh... That's something to look up past midnight.

For eggs I like a very simple one, just blend tomatoes, chili peppers, coriander/parsley, oil and salt. Works really well.
