You can pretty much play them on any device now. GBA can easily be emulated.

Last time I tried emulating R3 GBA, I had a hard time going through the Swamps of Begoniax, due to some weirdness happening with the 3D effect.

That only happened to me on NO$GB. All other emulators work fine.

I never played GBA R3, but I remember playing GBA RRR. I found it a pretty sweet game, too bad it was made only for the GBA.
