Well, everything here is nicely ordered and it's right there. Topics don't disappear like platforms like Twitter and stuff except YouTube sort of. I mean topics get buried down but I like how it's easier to find topics. Also, you get to know people better here.

Indeed, the structured nature of forums makes it much easier to access information posted a while ago. Try to use the search feature on Twitter or Discord, and you're in for a wild ride.
When it comes to instant discussion, however, it is true that they can feel a bit cumbersome. A lot could be improved in that regard, but they will never be the perfect tool for that.

I remember that some forums had a little chat box at the bottom for instant quick conversations. Despite the disadvantages of the forums, considering that one of the goals of RPC is to archive old media, a forum seems like the right thing to have.

This place isn't active enough to have an instant discussion except maybe during some points of record day. (With a few exceptions of course.)

I feel that with the influx of new members, it was a little less the case lately, and of of course not today, since it is record day.

Yes, I managed to have nice conversations a week prior to this! Let's keep it that way (:

Let's hope we can keep all the conversations in certain threads, I can barely keep up with everything right now!

I'm losing track of certain discussions too, but it's nice to have new ones popping up everywhere.

At least. I still have more topics to bump so I’ll keep looking later.

I don't know if I've properly bumped any topics today!

At least none were from Raywiki!

Ah yes, because RayWiki was the first forum on the list on "that particular day", wasn't it?

Yeah it was. And one of the two forums that wasn’t really touched so I just randomly started bumping topics there. I guess you just followed along with me without realising what I was doing. And it didn’t help that Steo also followed up later on and realized what nonsense I created.

Well, I did my best to create some meaning, but I don't know how long it took me to figure out what was going on!
Also, you spelled "realize" two different ways in that post

Reminds me of the signs saying "UNAUTHORISED VEHICLES WILL BE IMMOBILIZED" near where I work!

It's like The Jonster and tea, why decide when you can have the best of both worlds?

The US way of spelling has always confused me due to those differences and lead me to have hybrid languages. Even things like burned vs burnt.

We're getting closer to 2019's results... It's simply savage how big the difference is between this year and the last couple of editions.

I still remember when Plum got the hangman word when you didn't because of a freaking e.

That feels a past long gone already. I like her song Jaded though.
