Looks like the very fast poster has gone super slow.

I'm surprised that R1 has the same amount of votes R2 has. It's only 4 votes, but as far as the survey over at the Rayman section of the forum has been, R1 isn't as favored as R2 and R3.

Off-Topic and Rayman forums attract different demographics it seems!

He sacrificed his posting energy to help the forums become more active, he shan't be forgotten.

But was it worth it? Was the sacrifice truly potent enough?

For a few days it was. I believe on the 15th RPC experienced the most active day in 2017 in terms of post count. I don't think it will help in the long term, unfortunately.

I don't think it was just Tunderous. While he did create a couple of very active topics, they didn't stay that way for long. I'll compile a list of the posts that the notable members had between the 14-15th.

You should do that. It might prove useful and maybe a hint or something when it comes to activity boosting.

Valentine thread was Tonnerre's most important contribution then. I feel it may have kicked off a sort of avalanche effect though.

Valentine topic reached 125 replies, in a span of 4 days. Maybe the spike was also caused by the fact that few people here have a significant other so they took their pain away by constantly posting here.

Either ways, it was quite the spike, and while we've not sustained the PPD, the average PPD seems to have risen.

Hmm, so I guess this is another general poll thread that has fizzled. And on such a high note, too.

Has all of these weekly/daily polls died because the topic creator wasn't active in it anymore?

I'm not wholly sure, but I'd imagine it'd be the case.
