Re: u g0T H4x3D lEL
Globox did drink barrels of plum juice (which is hallucinogenic) and he did suffer from hallucinations ("Rayman, I didn't know you had a twin!"). What's the deal here?

They're comparing fermented plum juice to wine, that's why.

Re: u g0T H4x3D lEL
When Globox said "I love plum juice", Andre said "I like plum juice too, as long as it's fermented". Since Andre makes Globox drink plum juice, the implication is that the barrels of plum juice in R3 have been fermented, and are therefore hallucinogenic and alcoholic, the latterr attribute being the one which Andre enjoys.

Re: u g0T H4x3D lEL
In fact, Globox suffers from both the hallucinogenic effects of the fruit itself and the inebriation caused by alcohol. Which is a lot
Re: u g0T H4x3D lEL
Fermented plum juice is wine, and wine contains alcohol. I don't know the lethal BAC for globoxes (apparently, it's much, much higher than for humans), so it's possible that he could survive drinking a barrel of wine (which contains about 15L of alcohol). PMK's sig states that you would be hallucinating if you drank an entire barrel of plum juice, which you wouldn't, because you'd be dead.Xenon wrote:Globox did drink barrels of plum juice (which is hallucinogenic) and he did suffer from hallucinations ("Rayman, I didn't know you had a twin!"). Re: u g0T H4x3D lEL
Plums' hallucinogenic qualities (which were revealed in R3) may be connected to the Livingstones' reaction to having plums knocked onto their heads in R1. They become slow and seem to lose awareness of their surroundings (no longer responding to a grimace), and their eyes become somewhat groggy...

You already told me that but I have a right to keep my sig. If it makes me a fool, well maybe I'm a fool then.
EDIT: My sig still says the same thing!

I guess it proves that Globox's stomach is more tolerant than a human being's, but to be honest I don't think Ubisoft ever stopped to consider this.

I think globoxes have different stomachs to any creatures found in our world; he was able to swallow a silver lum and extract it easily, and the inside of his stomach is apparently capable of supporting life (e.g., Andre)...

André didn't live in Globox's stomach, he lived in whatever Kal Ory was talking about. Also, the Silver Lums and Fourth Mask were probably in unseen parts of their mouths.Kal Ory wrote:The Black Lum has taken refuge in a Vistulaby going through a kidney near a spare caber

From what I understand he moved around the body. In CF he started talking about ripping Globox's heart and liver out, then later in TDOTK we actually see Andre tampering with Globox's brain.
His inner anatomy is clearly different to a human being's (I actually saw several organs were missing), but remember, it's just a game!

TLOTLD is the only place where he moves. In CF, he stays in the same place, so he "went through a kidney near a spare caber" in FC.Xenon wrote:From what I understand he moved around the body. He's only short because he has no legs though.
How does food get from his mouth to his stomch though?

I'm thinking with portals.
Tiny little portals in his body that transfer blood, nerve responses etc.

4-dimensional leg makes more sense.
