Rayman at the start of Racing levels.

if Ray gets bored he may start juggling lums.

every world will have at least 1 race against Dark Rayman level.

Are you already working on the actual game or are those pictures made as a concept?
It all looks very promising and fun to play, but I made the mistake of planning huge projects and never being able to finish them several times.
With what engine are you going to create it?

I like the look of the racing levels. Obvious flash backs to Rayman M here. Will you have to pay tings/lums to access them? And will Dark Rayman copy your movements?

Game Maker is what I plan to write it in, these are just concepts atm, I want to get art stuff done first.
The Race levels will not require pay, for first time, but The Alarm clock will charge 20 Tings to take you back in time to do the Race agian, but nothing counts twords your score.
Dark Rayman will not kill you by touch, nor copy your movement, He'll follow a direct path, and he'll gain powers as you do.
So if you get Running, so will he (but if you revisit, oh say Race-1, you will have all your powers, while DR will only have what he had at the time.
I'm changing the story to an Andre Mr. Dark team up, I've even made a R1 style Andre and Dark Lum, when I get them animated I'll uplaod them.

As I love the rayman 1 graphic style and 2D enviroment I'm breathless.

This game looks really good, I especially liked the story plot and game information picture you put on here. A race with Bad Rayman is a great idea too.

Andre, Andre's hit idle, and a Black Lum is born.
The final battle will be similar to the GBC one, Mr Dark and Andre have 24 health, Andre turns 2 red lums into Black Lums, and the 3 circle Mr. Dark, you must hit all 3 BL to make Mr. Dark vunerable. The 2 normal BL will just pop, while Andre sits dazed until you hit Mr. Dark, then the battle continues with Lighting, meteors and fire spells being cast at you. It's a 3 part battle when you do 8 damage it switches phazes, I'm keeping the plans for Phaze 2 & 3 under wraps atm.
BTW anyone have the Rayman Designer tiles ripped? I could really use them making my 'Hall of Doors'
