It was up but then it went back down at roughly 2-ish here.

I finished the flags, made a look-out-spot and started making cobblestone paths like everywhere.

Firstly make sure you have Hamahi.

Secondly no-one can get on as Des hasn't put the server up so you have to wait til Des comes back.
