Why spelling Kazooie with an ''ï''? It's spelled ''Kazooie'' and finito.

I often compare Banjo-Tooïe with Metroïd, even if it sound strange.^^ In both of these games, the player has to go back to places he already visited, but with new powers so he can unlock some doors or obstacles. And there are also shortcut everywhere in Banjo-Tooïe.^^
A Rayman Game with an open world, and non-linear levels, with connections between them, could be a great concept.

It would gather platform (well, 3D platform), exploration, and fun.

I don't think it's better than linear platforming (It is just too different), but it can match with the Rayman universe.
But online multiplayer ? No, I really don't see the interest. :/ Even Rayman Origin is a one player game (with a coop mode), and in platform games, we don't really need to interacts with other characters/players. We cross obstacles, that's all !^^
Though online co-op on Origins would be nice IMO, you could imagine all we Rayman fans collaborating and sharing experiences with other like-minded fans online...
Also, the topic title is spelt wrong, it FUTURE not Furture (since we've gone speller freaks)

You also seem to spell Metroid with a double-dotted I.
I think we would first have to see something that was multiplayer and Rayman (besides R:M and never even considereing the Rabbids) to get the grasp of whether it's good or not. Who knows if a muliplayer platformer would work out or if a Rayman RPG would really be that terrible (though I think it would be).

Godd night.I like play a RPG game of Rayman. The story could be fight for the salvation of the Rayman country and achieve peace again against the Forces of Darkness. For that Rayman would have to recover a magic wand.
Getting new and better equipment, magic, healing potions, level ups,mini-games with Lums, make the character stronger and stronger and of course fight with bosses, like Moskito, Mr Skops, Jano, Reflux and other bosses of Rayman Universe. The idea would be join the bosses of different Rayman games in the same game. I think that game would be spectacular.

Forgive me when I say this, but I think firstly; that's clichéd, and secondly; a ALMIGHTY wand? in Rayman's world?

We had an ALMIGHTY book in Rayman Junior. But yeah, that was for kids.

Rayman received a golden wand at the end of Rayman Junior. Of course, its purpose was never explained, and it was never seen again.

Junior had simple story that kids liked. I will have to say that the platforming is still a bitch.

Good point, but in a serious Rayman game, defeating evil with a mere object like a wand or book is not exactly what the series is renowned for.

The masks were no weapon. No book or wand that would cast a spell. They were just the tools to awaken a much mightier creature.

There's four, and they do have some mystical element which makes them more unique, they are used to reawaken GOD.
Or Polokus in that case.
They do not directly kill "the forces of evil"
And even then there was a catch, Rayman had to go fight Razor because Polokus could not.

Wouldn't it be fun to have a 2D game for the PSVita and 3DS, besides Origins?

Neither did they directly kill ''The evil forces of Ganon.''
Sorry, I had to.

It appears the smallest, laziest pirate was too much work.

Polokus himself said he could not fight in the air, so Rayman had to do it for him.
Besides, where would the fun be if you couldn't personally destroy the leader of the chaos bringers?

Good one, I rolled.
when it comes to an idea for a rayman game I have one. The idea is some sort of revisit as someone suggested in the beginning. The creatures of the glade gather in the grand minimus throne room by the order of the King of teensies. The reason for that is the fact of rayman disappearence (let's say 10 years since he was last seen). The king realises that rayman may have gone forever and he adds that rayman was the greatest defender of the glade. Now that he's gone if forces of evil generate they will have to fight them on their own. The teensie gathered everyone to build up morals in them. How? By telling a story of how rayman helped him some time in the past. When he finishes the story, someone else tells his story of rayman helpfulness and so on.
The King has also another reason much more mightier and involving magic ritual, however this is not going to be revealed untill the end of the meeting or actually before the visit of unexpected guest, but that I will reveal if I get a response of 10 people who like the idea so far

.
I was going to make a writers thread basing on the idea above but I haven't finished my first story yet.
