I believed that in the URL there was the language, not the country.
In fact changing it to en or en-gb didn't work

Is it your PC or the game itself?

My answer… I have no idea! it doesn’t happen when playing rayman origins or any other game, so I wonder

So I suppose the game has some lag issues..
I knew it had some issues but not this bad!
This game even runs fine on smartphones..

Maybe for speedrunning on PC it would be better you use this version
