Well, it was talked about a looong time ago, then never mentioned again once the games started releasing. I'm sure they've forgotten such a thing was ever on the table. Heck, who knows if they even know where all the source code lives anymore...

hopefully some fan leaks it and releases it for the public. If what you last said is the case that means maybe no more mobile games?

Well, I meant they only serm to know how to make mobile games with it anymore, so maybe they've lost the non-mobile components! But I realize that's unlikely, I was being a bit over-cynical

Yeah it was definitely unlikely, but I really don’t mind the mobile games because they’re better than nothing at all and I sure have some fond memories of playing jungle and fiesta

Here you can propose your theories to fill the inconsistency of the messy timeline of the Glade of Dreams universe
It doesn't quite solve everything, but considering the UbiArt games a separate series in some kind of parallel universe sure helps a lot.

I think we’re a step ahead and considered all the rayman events in different universes

Oh God, not this whole "different Rayman games are different universes" thing again!
It was the subject of a heated debate on RaymanZone back in 2009, some of which spilled over here. I was firmly on the side of "they're all one universe", though that was before Origins screwed everything up

Don’t worry this won’t go like that I think

If all the Rayman games are in one canon, that would have to mean the the lums in the Ubiart games aren't the same as OT lums, they're even pronounced differently.

Right, which means they must not be in the same universe! I think Plum is right, the universe was screwed by Origins.

I still love you though Origins.

More like the universe was screwed by the infinite amount of spinoffs

I do too. I think it's the best of all the unique handheld games we have. Hoodlums' Revenge could have been so much better though...

That doesn’t magically transform it into a main title, but in all honesty, I agree with your opinion

Wait is this topic covering all the Rayman games in general? I was under the impression that we were only talking about the mainline games as part of the universe as a whole..
